Result list and notification

After the auction, all successful bidders will receive an e-mail informing them which lots they have purchased. On our website you will find the hammer prices including buyer's premium in the online catalogue. We will publish the resultlists in PDF format for download on our homepage as well. Of course, we will also be happy to provide you with information by e-mail or telephone.

Invoice dispatch

Invoices for auctioned lots will be sent to the highest bidder in the days following the end of the auction. We already take the shipping costs into account when invoicing based on your delivery wishes, the delivery address and the package size. Invoices will be sent first to customers who have provided us with their email address. All customers from whom we have only a postal address will receive the invoice as a letter.

Payment

The auctioned goods are to be paid within 8 days to the auctioneer net without deduction. Payment can be made by bank transfer and credit card- with all these payment methods the buyer is responsible for any charges.

Shipping

The shipment of the auctioned lots starts after payment has been made. We try very hard to keep the time between receipt of payment and shipment as short as possible. However, due to the large number of lots to be shipped, there may be waiting times. The costs for packaging, transport and transport insurance are not included and will be charged extra. However, we would like to point out that we only charge the cost price and can offer you favorable transport and insurance rates due to our agreement with transport companies. However, any storage and packaging is always at the risk of the buyer.
