Nadar Karikatur
framed front page of the weekly newspaper "La Lune" dating from June 9th 1867. The famous caricature by André Gil shows the desperate photographer Nadar hanging from a captive balloon. The illustration refers to Nadar's obsession with air crafts which almost killed the photographer and his wife some years earlier. A sought after and often reproduced piece of graphic art!
