An interesting early Leica. It was initially an I Mod. A delivered on 30.03.1929 to Biel, Switzerland, and one year later upgraded to I Mod. C Standard. The back of the top plate is engraved with 'Leih-Kamera' (loan camera), and an entry 'Leihk' in the Leica delivery book confirms the originality of the engraving. It is in fine condition, with an unnumbered 11 o'clock Elmar 3.5/50mm and a leather case.
