Rare interesting rangefinder coupled lens for Leica M39, in very good condition, uncoated optics showing some cleaning marks and some haze, focusing operation not even, this 1407xxx. lens series (probably about 500 pieces produced) might have been assembled after WWII with genuine Zeiss parts, with rear cap.
