One of the few Leica M1-allocated serial numbers with an MD top plate but without viewfinder and without blanked window, post camera in very good condition, showing some typical dents on the top plate, with fixed focus and aperture Summaron 2.8/35mm no.1931401 (front lens cap), this camera was supplied to Swiss Post Office authorities for recording telephone meters, Leica records reveal that both camera and lens were delivered to Zürich on 26.06.1963.
