large French stereographoscope, three-part box form with the lid containing the stereo lenses plus a big magnifier, on the inside a collapsible frame with reflecting lid and ground glass, rack and pinion focus, in addition to this the view holder also slides back and forth for focussing. A beautiful and classic example for a late 19th Century scope in very good condition!
