An extremely rare Pentar K, produced for only a brief period in 1958 specifically for the South African market. Very few of these cameras were made, and surviving examples are seldom encountered. The offered camera is in near-mint condition and comes fitted with a Takumar 58 mm f/2.4 no.146796. A highly desirable rarity for advanced collectors of early Asahi Pentax cameras.
