two corresponding sets of ten original cards in each set, one by Keystone the other one by Underwood and Underwood. In both sets the same tale of a marriage crisis caused by a new French cook is told - the only difference is the decor and the performers. Although some cards are missing (17 in total), this is a wonderful example of the American stereo production around 1900. The connection between the narration in these pictures and early cinema is still waiting for further research.(20)
