Beautiful rare extremely early rigid Summar from the very first batch of production (nos.167001-168000), in good condition, optics only showing some cleaning marks, with both caps, this 129th Summar lens has been delivered to retailer Nordisk, Copenhagen, on 29.08.1933, according to the delivery records less than 2000 Summar lenses in rigid mount have been made, starting from 1934 Leitz also offered a conversion from the rigid mount to collapsible, which makes the already uncommon lens very rare nowadays.
