very rare German version of the Nikon F, in excellent condition, with all of the alterations, 'Nikkor' engraving of top plate and on front plate of the FTN finder, correct A screen, marked F only - with 'Nikon' engraving erased, 'Nikkor' instructions in German. Nikon was legally urged to sell the Nikon F on the German market as 'Nikkor' since the controversial similarity to the Zeiss Ikon name.
