Tele-Elmar 4/135mm prototype with Goggles *
An interesting Tele-Elmar with an early serial number, equipped with special goggles for easier focusing on an M-camera. The goggles are enlarging the view and masking the area outside of 135mm frame lines for much easier focusing. They also have a completely different design from the Elmarit-M 2.9/135 goggles. The lens is in excellent condition. An empty line in the Leitz delivery records suggests that the lens was left at the factory for internal purposes
