rare rigid, early Summar in very good condition, optics showing some haze and cleaning marks (not unusual for a lens of this type), with both caps, according to the delivery records, less than 2000 Summar lenses in rigid mount have been made, starting from 1934 Leitz also offered a conversion from the rigid mount to collapsible, which makes the already uncommon lens very rare nowadays
