Spatiograph Optical Obelisk

the Spatiograph is an optical toy in the shape of a glass prism with three surfaces. Each of the three edges is cut in such a way that when viewed from the right angle the insection is internally mirrored and appears as a virtual three-dimensional structure. Optical obelisks came into vogue in mid-19th century England and are still produced today. The offered prism is modern and shows three different views of a monstrance with a corona, made of cut crystal glass on a glass foot, height: 25cm.
