Interesting modified camera with self-made electrical coupling of the shutter release, most probably use as surveillance device, note the unusual bayonet for the camera to an electrostatic release system, in good condition, together with Xenar2.8/37.5cm no.1913585, optics showing some haze, note the blackened front part, with film spool.
