This camera (with T&H Anastigmat 2/2' no.328820, all in good condition) was owned and used by renowned explorer, Mike Banks on his expeditions to Greenland (1952-1954) and the Himalayas (1956-1958) - it comes with the book 'Rakaposhi' (First Edition from 1959), inside hand-written by Mike Banks: 'Travels with a Reid Camera ! The Reid camera was my instant companion in Greenland 1952-54 and on the two Rakaposhi expeditions in 1956+58. A wonderfully robust camera.
