Fifty 3.5x5.5mm exposures on 9x12cm plate, light wood body, hand-cranked with original handle, Le Seul Anastigmat 1:3.2 f=60mm lens, instruction booklet printed in German, original positive glass plate and nickel plated brass electric illuminant housing. The Seul can be used with its projector apparatus which made it possible to shoot sequence photographs and then project them. Although produced in the 1920's this camera is closely related to the pre-cinema sequence pictures devices of the early 1890's. It uses a standard glass plate on which is exposed a circle of 50 small sequence photographs. It has a lever which automatically stops the camera after 1 revolution of the plate is complete. The exposed plate is then developed and exposed to light in contact with a new positive plate, producing a positive for projection. An extremely rare and unusual camera in near mint condition
