two wooden stereoscopes with square cut lenses: (1) very early and interesting wooden viewer patented by Francois Mathieu of London on February 8th 1858, the hinged card holder and the front section holding the lenses are folding into a handy box - a nice and obtainable collectible in perfect condition, (2) in addition to the Mathieu stereoscope comes a plain, but elegant wooden Brewster scope with hinged mirror in good original condition.(2)
