Very rare Japanese copy of the Leica Elmar 3.5/5cm for Leica M39 screw mount with coupled rangefinder, engraved “Lena-Kogaku f. Leica M39 Lena-Q.C 3.5/5cm.” Produced by Lena Kogaku, this lens was supplied as the standard lens on early Chiyoda cameras.

An early example with very low serial number, preserved in near-mint condition with rear cap. Please note the incomplete infinity-lock lever, as visible.

A scarce and historically significant early Japanese Leica-mount lens, rarely encountered in this condition.
