Leica OROLF Lens Turret prototypes

set of two prototypes and one pre-series turrets: (1) unfinished early stage prototype, stainless steel, to be mounted on the base plate, the grip included is actually another rare accessory, an extension pillar for the TOOUG tripod, illustrated in Lager III 'Accessories' on page 301; (2) later prototype with MOOLY-style key, to be mounted on the base plate, Bakelite handle, no engravings and no strap lugs, also illustrated in Lager III 'Accessories' on page 301; (3) a pre-series OROLF with several small differences to the production model (different key, different engraving style etc); All three prototypes are also illustrated in L. Netopil 'Prototype Leica' on pages 345-352. An important set from the history of Leica.
