Leica I Mod. A Elmar

Beautiful 3rd version in meter scale (see von Einem 'Die 10 Varianten der klassischen Leica I A mit Elmar 1:3.5 F=50mm') in original, hard to find in such an almost mint condition, very good optics, delivered to Fisch, Brussels on 14.03.1928, note the 'mushroom' style (not dimpled) shutter release button, short winding knob, together with a black painted front lens cap, rare early FILCA film cassette (note the two cuts on the top), a double Aluminium film cassette canister (with 2x cassettes), ETRIN leather case engraved with 'Leitz' and 'Leica', together with dark red maker's box (without serial number) and French exposure table.
