Very nice and rare Italian Leica copy with coupled rangefinder, nickel plated finish, 'GNM' (for Guido Nonini Milano) engraved on the top plate, in almost mint condition, note on the front 'K2' enclosed in a circle, some authors associate this mark with the conquest of the K2 summit by Italian climbers, but this hypothesis is uncertain. Note also the unusual absence of flash contact on the front. Together with unnumbered Steinar Anastigmat 3.5/50mm.
