extremely rare Hektor 2.8cm chrome for the Kriegsmarine (German Navy), engraved on the rear with 'W.haven'" and Reichsadler with an 'M' (Wilhelmshaven - the naval port of the Kriegsmarine during WWII), a similar lens (no.580140) is illustrated in Lager I page 95, very early example from only 30 lenses known to exist, all of them have been delivered on August 23rd 1943 to Berlin, the offered lens is in very good and original condition, with both caps, rare black SOONH hood and SUOOQ finder (without military engraving)
