GOI f. VOOMP Orion 6/2.8cm *
This is an extremely rare GOI Orion 6/2.8cm lens, one of the initial samples manufactured in 1944 with an M40 mount for VOOMP Pioneer cameras. Production of the VOOMP cameras ceased within the same year, and a limited series of Orion test lenses were subsequently produced in an M39 mount for FED cameras (we auctioned an M39 Orion in our 43rd auction). The lens on offer is in excellent condition, featuring good optics.
