rare German camera especially designed to make identification portraits in a forensic or ethnological context, beautifully crafted walnut wood body, makers label below the lens plate, equipped with a brass bound Rodenstock 6.3/30cm lens, attached to the back of the camera is a specially designed plate holder for four exposures on glass plates in format 4.5x6cm equipped with a crank-activated mechanism to move the plates for the next exposure or to switch to the ground glass on the left side of the sledge. A scarce, almost unknown camera in perfect working order and good cosmetic condition.
