approx.50cm focal length, rare and early Petzval lens (some small scratches on front lens), rack and pinion focusing, barrel engraved 'No.3843 Brevet d'Invention Derogy Optn Paris', mounting ring, shutter cap, lens diameter c.10cm, total height incl. hood: 31.5cm, with two insert lenses (to be inserted in the middle of the lens) with matching serial number engraved '2 3843 lentille pour faire plus petit' and three aperture discs in small box, all in original fitted wooden carrying box
