(1) (Dietzler) Petzval lens with approx. 24cm focal length engraved 'No.4234', lens diameter c.5.8cm, total height including hood c.16cm, later slot for waterhouse stops and rack and pinion focusing, mounting ring - the lens was produced by the famous Austrian lens designer Karl Dietzler in Vienna (c.1857), (2) small unbranded Petzval lens by C.F. Geiger in Stuttgart, approx. focal length 14cm, rack and pinion focusing, lens diameter c.4cm, total height including hood c.10.5cm (2)
