Probably a unique prototype Alpa Mod. 12p which never went into production, based on the Alpa 6c but without mirror and finder, for scientific or technical use, note the different course of the winding lever, the serial number no.90000 (might be allocated to prototype cameras), with body cap and back with matching serial number.
