An extremely rare and highly sophisticated miniature camera for aerial reconnaissance. Designed to be attached to a trained pigeon. The Michel pigeon camera was technically more advanced than the Neubronner. Model A produced six or seven panoramic negatives 10x36mm on 16mm film at intervals of approximately thirty seconds. The offered example is in excellent condition (some oxidation on the internal elements, few screws are replaced), function is not tested. Only a few of these rare cameras are known to exist and are rarely available for sale.
