original factory special version of M5 for microscopic or scientific use with special number 'FM 5002' on accessory shoe (probably FM stands for FOTO MIKRO), the finder is blanked out, no rangefinder, the shutter and film winding mechanism is working - very few of these cameras were officially sold by Leitz after the MDa for a very short period before the introduction of the MD-2, this is no.2 !
