Very rare Anastigmat lens made in U.S.A. and known as the 'Photomaton' lens (Photomaton, public self-portrait device) because of the engraving on the side, in good condition, mounted in General shutter, covering medium format, optics showing some cleaning marks, both shutter and lens are marked with matching '709'.
