An interesting Leica IIIc finished in black paint. Included with the camera is a 1990 letter from Prof. K.Weigel (Leica Historian and collector) stating that the camera was restored to its present condition by a Leica employee. An interesting side note regarding the cameras from this batch can be found in the Leica Archives' control book 'Kamera mit Leitz-Eigentum graviert u. schwarz lackiert' (camera engraved with Leitz-Eigentum and black painted). The set also includes a very rare, original black paint MOOLY-C and Elmar 3.5/5cm no.871569 (delivered to Leitz Berlin in 1951).
