Extremely rare parts of the 'Italian Leica' Effebi, made by technician Ettore Boscoli, Milan. Just after WWII, he took a Leica IIIa completely appart to study every part in order to produce an improved copy. The offered lot includes 38 original metal parts placed on a display, and also a raw top plate part with serial number no.000008 and the brass casting of the rangefinder, together with 2 pages of Italian magazine 'Il Collezionista' from November 1982, article about the history of Boscoli's work.
