One of the earliest Voigtländer Petzval lenses known to exist. It was a fastest lens (F:3.6) available in its time and the first calculated lens design by Joseph Petzval for Voigtländer & Sohn in Vienna). The lens is in good original condition, with no missing parts, all lens elements are present, equipped with rack and pinion focusing, focal length c.12cm, total height with hood 11cm, good optics
