Vinten Aircraft "Take-Off" Camera

exceptionally rare 70mm take off camera for serial exposures that was specially developed of use in aircraft design. Tachometer, recording counter and angular rotation are registered directly on the negative. To prevent jerks during panning shots of take off, the tripod head has a built in gyroscopic flywheel. With exposure times of up to 1/300sec the camera takes 12 FPS, complete with Tele-Anastigmat f5.6/20in, 400ft magazine, tripod, transport case and documentation. Some aluminium parts badly corroded, a few mechanical and optical parts are missing.
