An early hand-cranked cinematographic projector, made only a few years after the invention of the Cinématographe by the Lumière brothers. Pathé Frères quickly established itself as one of the leading companies in this new industry. The offered example is in very good condition, though some parts are missing. An attractive display piece and an important milestone in the history of cinematography.
