Panoramic camera

French, for plates 15x40cm, unknown panoramic camera, polished walnut, nickel plated metal fittings, black bellows with red leather corners, Berthiot Paris Perigraphe no.5 series VIa 14/200mm no.72035, behind-the-lens shutter, the camera belonged to a professional photographer who was active in the period between 1920 and 1940 in the Nice and Menton area in the South of France. The negatives were reproduced over many years by the 'Societe d´Impression de la Cote d´Azur', 98, Avenue Saint-Lambert Editions S.I.C.A and sold as postcards. The camera is in a very nice condition complete with case and three magazines. Includes: an original glass negative 15x40cm with a view of Nice.
