one reel of 35mm Lumiére film in a rare original tin film canister with the makers label stamped into the lid, the filmstrip is perforated concerning to the Lumière standard with one circular on either side of the frame, it is very well preserved and shows no mechanical damage or signs of chemical disintegration. This film is one of three Lumiére films being sold at this auction featuring shots from the Military riding school in Saumur in the west of France, the original title is: ‘Ecole de cavalerie de Saumur, le carrousel militaire: doublements dans la largeur.’
