A beautiful and unique Leica M6 ‘150 Years’ edition, distinguished by its top and base plates finished in bright polished chrome, rather than the usual platinum finish used for the regular ‘150 Years’ edition.
Leica produced only a very small number of cameras in this polished chrome finish for testing and evaluation purposes. This particular version was never put into series production, and the few cameras made remained factory test and sample cameras, making this an exceptionally rare variation of the Leica M6 ‘150 Years’.
The camera is preserved in beautiful condition, with contrasting black fittings, and comes with a black Summicron 2/50mm no. 3446705.
