A unique Leica IIIc, with a special metal plaque on the back of the camera, engraved with the names of the Leitz family members: Ernst Leitz, Ernst Leitz II, Dr. Kurt Kühn, Dr. Elsie Kühn-Leitz (daughter of Ernst Leitz II), Knut Kühn-Leitz and Cornelia Kühn-Leitz. An entry in the delivery records of Leica Archives confirmed the special provenance - the camera was delivered directly to Dr. Elsie Kühn-Leitz, on 02.10.1948. It is in excellent cosmetic condition, with only small repairs to the vulcanite, and comes with a presentation box. It represents an interesting artefact from the history of the Leitz family.
