very rare and early Jamin soft-focus brass lens in good condition, clean lenses, one tiny glass chip on rear lens element, rear lens diameter: c. 8.5cm, front lens diameter: c. 7cm, total height: 14.5cm, sliding tube with locking knob to extend the front cell and rack and pinion focusing, barrel engraved 'JAMIN Bte S.G.D.G. r. Chapon 14, Paris', very interesting is that all parts are engraved with a different letter (A-H), the inner aperture disc is engraved with '1/2 L' (Lumiere= Light), both metal caps are included
