An impressive, very fast large format lens, covering 8x10", with a maximal aperture of f:2.5. The lens is an extremely rare prototype, made using thorium glass element (with a typical slight yellow tint). It is in beautiful condition, with very good optics. Thiele lists only 5 of these prototype lenses, with the offered example being the first one produced
